Daily Freeman: March Gallagher will be the Democratic candidate for Ulster County comptroller in the November election.
Gallagher received 14,000 weighted votes at a party convention Thursday night to Lisa Cutten’s 8,000.

Mid-Hudson News: “Democratic Party Chairman Frank Cardinale spoke highly of both candidates. “For us it was an abundance of riches; we had two great women” and he said Gallagher “will make a very good comptroller.”
