Thank you Ulster County Democrats!
In a hot and steamy packed crowd at the historic Kingston City Hall last night I made my case to become the Democratic Nominee for the Office of Ulster County Comptroller. Thank you UCDC Members for putting your faith in me and giving me the honor of being the Democratic Nominee for Ulster County Comptroller!!
I want to thank my friends Saugerties Democratic Committee member Beth Murphy and Ashley Knox, a rising star in our community, for providing the 1st and 2nd for my nomination. It has been a wonderful journey these past months making new friends and reconnecting to longtime activists and democratic party stalwarts who have built a party of which we can all be proud. I want to thank Lisa Cutten for engaging in a respectful and meaningful debate about the future of our Ulster County Comptroller’s Office and providing our Democratic Committee with a real choice.
I am in this race to win it! While a Republican opponent has not been named (July 25th is the deadline for nominations), I’m ready to begin the next stage of the campaign and join the Democratic Team up and down the ballot. Let’s get to work!! Getting to work means raising money for the campaign. Please join me next Tuesday at Oriole 9 in Woodstock.
