Ulster County comptroller March Gallagher supplied the public with a new breakdown of the state of housing in the county. Though it is the spiritual twin of the 2005 report, this one reads with the brevity and impact of a Polaroid snapshot rather than a pile of pages assembled on the taxpayer dime.
