As part of her second-quarter financial report, Ulster County Comptroller March Gallagher urged county leaders to take a “cautious approach” to the budgeting process, saying that with the county’s annual financial report for 2022 still incomplete, it is impossible to have a clear understanding of the county’s financial situation.
